Notes and More
Levels 1, 2 and 3

Interested in learning how to play melodies, read notes, and build some further comfort in your ‘ukulele playing? This class is for you! The Notes and More Series features three progressive levels to work through: Level 1 is ten weeks in length and the following levels are each 8 weeks.

Level 1 provides an introduction into picking notes, reading standard notation, and building music literacy on your ‘ukulele. Subsequent levels should be taken sequentially as each one builds on skills, literacy, and musicianship. All of these skills are built using timeless repertoire that comes from around the world and from a range of eras. The class also features a fun and challenging culminating group recording project each term.
